I want to say I was impressed with the service I received from Cliffs Pools. The first time I had called Cliffs Pools to make an appointment, Mr Cliff himself showed up and gave the estimate. This was the first sign of true professionalism. The other thing that made me comfortable was when we had questions, it was Cliff himself who took the time to answer them one-on-one and on many occasions. I love my new pool. It is bright, clean and wonderful. The entire staff at Cliffs Pools was very professional, including the supervisor who made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Thanks again for doing a good job. Your prices are reasonable and your products are of good quality.

Words cannot express my satisfaction and pleasure with the skillful, courteous and professional manner with which you, your office staff, your crew and supervisor handled this project from start to finish. It began with my telephone call to your office seeking an estimate on resurfacing my pool, deck and patio. Your office staff was very polite and friendly in making an appointment to have someone come to my home and provide a written estimate. To my surprise, that someone turned out to be Cliff, and after he nearly spent an hour explaining everything in detail on how and what should be done, he invited me and my sister to come to the showroom. We did and we were very impressed with what we saw as well as the VIP treatment from you and your staff. Cliff, I'm so happy we selected your firm to do this project, especially after watching you and your crew, from Yanio, Victor and his crew, Tom and their supervisor, Arcadio and lastly Tony (the artist and seeing how hard working, skillful, courteous and friendly they were as they performed their individual tasks in completing this project. I must add a special comment about Tony. In all my adult life in Jamaica (my homeland), New York and Florida, I have never seen a more dedicated, hard working, artistic, efficient and skillful worker. This kind of worker is rarely seen these days, so you, Cliff, should be very happy and proud to have him on your staff. Thanks to these dedicated workers, my pool looks great and inviting.
