Permits are separate. Cliff's pulls them with the building department that has jurisdiction for your address, whether that is the municipality or Palm Beach County. We are licensed (CPC1460184, CBC1265425) and insured.
From first visit to final walkthrough
It starts with a free in-home consultation. We walk your yard, listen to how you want to use it and talk through ideas, budget comfort and financing options.
You then receive a written estimate and a design with drawings and material choices. If your community requires review, we help assemble the submission.
Once approvals and permits are in place, our crew builds the project and keeps you informed along the way. Everything ends with a final walkthrough, where we show you how to run the equipment, lights and spa.
