Our pool deck/patio is REMARKABLE!! Definition of remarkable: Something remarkable is unusual, exceptional, interesting, or excellent. Remarkable things get your attention.
It is 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening and your deck and patio technician OSCAR has just left our house. We wanted you to know how much we admired and appreciated his work ethic, professional courtesy and the consideration he had for our home. He began on Monday and worked each and every day this week (an assistant was here as well); usually arriving around 8:00a.m.
Oscar's talent is unique. We had old spray deck that needed to be removed; a tough job, but we could tell he was very experienced. The work that came next was pressure cleaning, taping, cement (more than once) etching, repairing the cracks, painting the
Vegas stamp that he crafted with ease, glaze, etc.....we just could not believe the amount of time, effort and good ole' elbow grease it took to get it done.

We wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with the final result of our URO driveway, spray deck coping on the pool,
and the re-sealing of our URO patio. The driveway looks great and we already have had many neighbors drive by and inquire

In 2011 you gave us an estimate to totally resurface and renovate our pool. Due to unexpected expenses it was posponed. A year later we started to get estimates to redo the pool, Resurface the patio remove and replace the wood deck with pavers and rescreen and pressure clean the screen enclosure. We got several recommendations trying to get the best price and the best quality.
We are extremely happy that we decided to go with cliffs pools and patios. The decision to have everything done by one company was the smartest way to go and we definitely choose the best company!!! Thank you for the fantastic job you all did on helping us to finish our pool. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Cliff's Pools and all phases of the project ware handled with the highest professionalism.
When Tony and Cliff met with us we realised that we dindn't need to look any further. Tony broke everything down for us and let us decided what we wanted to do. We decided to redo our entire pool, add a arch water fall, new filter, chlorinator, lights, tiles, couplings and diamond brite. Our girls picked the tiles and couplings with Tony's help and looked forward to our new pool. It was a big job but the pool needed it. he told us not to worry that the team that was coming out would make all happen. He was right Arcardio is incredible he is an artist. Here we are with our second experience with Cliff's Pools and Patios. Tony was out to give us an estimate to repair our deck and we requested an estimate to resurface the pool also. A week later he came back with tile samples and a contract to do the work.
Everything he told us was totally accurate. He said that the paperwork would take 1-2 weeks (it did). Mariann and Pepino arrived and did their magic to prep the pool. Then 4 men arrived and resurfaced the pool. Next Oscar came and pressure cleaned the patio and sealed it. Seven days (including weekend) to do the complete job!!!
It seemed like we have a series of soldiers arriving in formation to do their job and make room for the next crew. The pool is great - looks like new. The deck is sealed and as beautiful as the day it was created by Tony. The estimated prices were right on the dime. Your personnel were polite and unobtrusive as well as perfectionists in their craft.
I believe we first contacted you from an ad in a local paper. We were impressed by you, your staff and your showroom. Our experience with Cliff's Pools and Patios is as stellar today as it was several years ago. What a fortunate day it was when we first met you.

First we want to thank Cliff and D'Aima in helping us choose the right design for our pool. You gave us many choices for the tiles, mossaics and other features. We are very pleased with the results. We finally have a beautiful pool that we can swim in. There were various stages for the pool to be done perfectly. Starting with the sandblast and ending with the final texture. The timing was perfectly scheduled after a couple of days of rain that delayed the sand blaster crew. Everyone else was on target as one stage was done, the other crew was ready for the next step. We were very happy with all the crew members that came to work in our pool but particular with Tom (the supervisor of the entire job) and all the work that he did as well. Tom did a fantastic job installing the mossaics and the color lights as well as everything else. Tom kept us informed of what was going on next and the schedule of the crew. He was there every single step to inspect the job and he put the extra effort to make sure the job was well done. He truly is a hard working man and we commend him for that. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for our complete pool renovation. I decided to write 2 letters, one for the pool renovation and this one for the deck renovation. As you know we did an extension to our deck prior to beginning the pool process. That took 9 weeks with permits and inspections, something that was only 5 work days. By the time we were done with the small extension, I didn't know how I was going to get through the pool renovation and deck renovation after what we had just been through with permitting and inspections. We can't even begin to tell you what a pleasure it has been to have your staff in our back yard. When the pool was complete I was already seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Five days and the pool was done and we were now excited about the deck. Our patio had "Chattahoochee" which was an eye sore and since we had a hurricane shutter track across the back of the house we were limited to what we could do. Well let me say that what Tony and Dorothy did was absolutely beautiful. When he showed up on time for our first meeting I had several photos of what I wanted and didn't want. He assured me that I would love the end product. We discussed colors he made suggestions and it was ago. The following day he came to prep the deck and pressure clean. Tom came to drill 2 extra drains. Tony had also noticed that when we had added a walkway the construction company didn't leave a space for the drain strip. He said not to worry he'd work it out. When he removed our old drain there was an issue with the deck having moved and the drain strip would not match the other side unless he cut some of it out. Why I say this is that he gave me an option and explained what had happened and why. It was that way all throughout the process not to mention his calm demeanor. As we watched Tony and Dorothy over the next several days we were amazed at the work they did. I don't know that we have ever seen 2 people work so hard literally on their hands and knees as they scratched the stone images on the deck in 90 something degree weather for hours on end. My back hurt just watching them. Several stages into the process we were already loving what had been done. We couldn't imagine that it would look better once the color was applied. I was a little nervous and told Tony my concerns. He once again assured me that it would look great. The color went on and then the marbling and then the sealant. I kept looking out my kitchen window in awe. The final day came and the grout color went on and the final sealant with grit went on. I forgot to mention they were here at 6:30am to beat the sun on this final day something to do with the grout and heat and a risk of bubbling might occur if it got to hot. There was also a big concern of rain. At the end of the day we had a beautiful deck.

We would like to take this time to thank you and your entire team for such an incredible job. It started when we first met with you. We knew after that meeting we didn't have to look any further. You took time to explain the process so we would know what to expect. I was given a timeline from start to finish and you were right on schedule. The weather was even on our side. Lynn was so professional and so helpful every time I spoke with her. My messages were always returned promptly and she always had the answer to my questions. Pepino was there on Sunday to drain the pool and drop off his equipment. He was there the following morning to start removing the tile with his wife Maryann. As he was working Arcadia came to pressure test the pool system lines. He explained what he was doing and why. I highly recommend those who are redoing their pool to spend the little extra to check for leaks in the pipes, skimmer, and in our case the water fountain while the pool is empty. The following day Pepino was there bright and early to start replacing the old tile. When that was complete the bonding was applied. Tom Samano, the Supervisor stopped by several-times thru out the process to check on the work that was being done and to answer any questions I had. I always had questions. On Friday Victor Munoz crew arrived. The final stage was about to begin. Victor and his crew did an amazing job. At the end of the day our pool was ready to be filled. Tom was there to check on the pool and to go over what was needed to be done during the next 30 days. I was presented with a highlighted list of does and don'ts. He went over everything with me to make sure I understood. In being the owner of an old house and having had many companies do work, we are truly amazed at how each person that came to do his job were so professional, cleaned up after their part of the job and put their tools in one spot. They were all courteous and took tremendous pride in what they did. I would highly recommend Cliff's Pool and Patio to friends and family.
