Given the number of questionable contractors in South Florida, verification of a contractor is imperative. Prior to selecting your company, we did a thorough background check with the Better Business Bureau and verified some of your references. You received top marks across the board allowing us to sign a contract with a very high degree of confidence. All aspects of the construction of our pool and patio renovation including engineering, material selection, permitting, site prep, installation and clean-up met or exceeded our expectations. In fact. the final result positively blew us away - on a scale of 1 to 10, a 10 PLUS. Thank you for transforming our backyard into focal point. We strongly recommend anyone interested in renovating their pool and patio to choose Cliffs.

Dear Cliff:

We may not have the biggest patio around but we surely have the BEST. Tony finished creating a new patio for us yesterday and we love it.

We had many estimates for redoing our patio from Kool Deck into something else. Nothing really sparked our vision for what we wanted to achieve within a reasonable budget.

When Darcy met with us we realized we really did not want tile or marble and that Uro-tile was the answer for us. You told us that Tony was an artist and he really is. Besides beings an artist he is a perfectionist.

Our time frame fell behind because of additional requests that we made. It was more than worth the wait Tony arrived when he said he would - worked a full day - was polite, congenial and, besides hearing the noise of some of his equipment, one would have never known he was there. Before he left in the evening he told us what he was going to be doing as the next step in the process.

This gentleman is definitely a KEEPER. What a treasure!! Stan and I were thinking the company name should be changed to Cliff's Pools and Tony's Patios. We are thrilled with our beautiful patio and would be honored to be on your list of satisfied customers if someone wants to get a reference.
