Just wanted to write a brief note of sincere thanks to you and the entire Cliff's Pools team for the exceptional job you recently did in resurfacing our pool and patio. From our first visit to your showroom (which you kept open a little late to acommodate us on a Saturday afternoon) to the clear explanation of what needed to be done and what the costs would be, to D'Alma's helpful "style" advice, as well as the great communication throughout both phases of the project, my wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process. And of course, the results were fantastic! Both the DiamondBrite pool finish and the UroTile patio look exceptional. Your team of resurfacers knocked out the pool phase in short order but with great attention to detail, and the Urotile "artist" was meticulous in creating a truly rich look that exceeded our expectations. I will happily recommend Cliff's to friends, family, and colleagues, and would be happy to serve as a reference. Thank you again! |
