Our pool looks great, for it we congratulate Cliff in helping us select the right tile and surface, LED lights really enhancing the pool at nighttime. When we decided to update our dingy pool and patio, we knew that Cliff's Pools was the only choice for us. The dated kool deck, mauve tile and coping had to go.

When we visited the showroom, we were pleasantly surprised to find a large selection of the most current and stylish tiles, coping and materials on the market. Cliff and D'Alma were right there to guide us to the best pool finish, tiles, coping and decking to suit our needs and our budget. The more than friendly staff were extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions and concerns. Cliff assured us that we would have a "Show Piece" of a pool and patio.

Cliff assigned Tom to oversee the remodel. Acadio was assigned to install the tile and coping and prep the pool for the resurfacing. Acadio is a master craftsman with the border tiles and coping. He even made our complex maze of plumbing, pumps, filters and valves simpler and more efficient. We went along with Cliff's suggestion to install two Rain Arcs which Acadio designed and expertly mounted under the coping. They are the highlight of the pool. The crew that installed the Pebble Tech finish worked like a well oiled machine — they are true artists! The crew that installed our brick pavers are more craftsmen than installers. With every phase of our pool and patio remodel, we were never faced with a mess. All of the crews promptly cleaned up after their work was done.

The attention to detail, kind and friendly customer service and the best people in the pool remodeling business is what sets Cliff's Pools apart from other companies. The job was priced right. The work was expertly performed on time and as Cliff promised, we have a "Show Piece". We can't thank you enough for giving us this wonderful outdoor space. Finally, after years in our home, we can look forward to enjoying and entertaining friends and family with our new pool and patio. We love it!
